Building that experience well requires us to work alongside other companies: hosting providers, AI platforms, payment processors, agencies, resellers, and forward-thinking enterprises. We choose every relationship deliberately, and we’re upfront about how we benefit.
2. Types of Business Relationships
Technology and Integration Partners
We integrate with platforms our users depend on every day, including:
- Communication tools — WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Slack, calendar systems
- CRM and contact management — direct contact-card downloads (vCard) and CRM webhook connections
- AI and avatar technology — third-party providers that power our video avatar generation and voice cloning
- Cloud infrastructure — hosting, content delivery, and analytics partners that keep your card resolving in milliseconds, anywhere in the world
- Payment processing — secure subscription billing through PCI-compliant providers
These partnerships are commercial — we pay our partners for the services they provide. We do not receive payment from them in exchange for the integration.
Reseller and Agency Partners
Onnixx works with marketing agencies, branding studios, and corporate gift platforms that include our cards in their offerings to their own clients. Resellers receive a partner discount and dedicated support; their clients receive an Onnixx-powered solution branded by the agency.

Affiliate Partners
We operate a referral program in which content creators, consultants, and industry voices can earn a commission for sending paying customers to Onnixx. When you read a review or click a link recommending Onnixx, that source may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We require all affiliate partners to disclose their relationship with us in their content.
Onnixx’s editorial decisions, product roadmap, and on-site recommendations are not influenced by affiliate arrangements.
Enterprise and Strategic Customers
Larger organizations use Onnixx for sales teams, conference attendees, recruiters, real estate agents, and field staff. Enterprise relationships typically include:
- Bulk card provisioning under a single account
- Custom branding and white-label options
- SSO and HRIS integration
- A dedicated customer success contact
- Negotiated commercial terms
Strategic enterprise relationships are governed by separate written agreements that supersede our standard Terms.
3. Editorial and Recommendation Independence
Where we recommend a third-party service in our content, blog, or in-app guidance, we choose those services on merit. We disclose any relationship we have with a recommended provider directly within the content where the recommendation appears.
4. How We Vet Partners
Every partner we work with goes through a basic review covering:

- Reliability and operational track record
- Alignment with our policy on responsible AI and consent-based avatar generation
- Reputation in their respective industry
If we discover a partner is operating in a way that conflicts with these standards, we end the relationship.
